|Lucky Robbers| is a 4x CE guild that started in Dragonflight, we strive to continue achieving Cutting Edge, with the goal of improving upon our progression and pace on a 2 day schedule. We've accomplished this goal each season in Dragonflight and are aiming to do the same in TWW. Our top priority is achieving CE every tier!

We’re also more than just raiders! Our players are active Mythic+ runners (and .IO demons), promising PvPers, and gamers outside of WoW.

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 9pm to 12:30am (EST)

Raid

What we expect from you:

We expect raiders to show up 10-15 min before raid starts and as well prepared as they can be. To us, this means raiders should come up to-date on their class and with the knowledge they need for each encounter. This includes reviewing material posted by officers, knowing the strategy, reviewing logs for improvement, and understanding your role within the encounter/strategy. We expect all raiders to show up to each new boss prepared and ready to learn.

What you can expect from us:

• Team focused mindset - We all strive for the common goal of CE and contribute to problem solving where we can. Our aim is to improve our pace and efficiency. To do this we always aim to put forth our best 20 players regardless of status.
• Experienced leadership - The leadership of the guild has experience from multiple CEs and experience creating succesful team environments from wow and other avenues of life. Our goal is to build a raid space that is fun and non-toxic, but at the same time facilitates growth. We pride ourselves in communication, constructive criticism, and growth through positive reinforcement!
• Active recruitment - We are always recruiting. We do this to avoid the things that normally burden rosters. We value loyal and consistent players and do not recruit for minor gains.
• Consumables: Food, flasks, potions, runes, and all other consumables are provided to raiders. Donations early on in an expansion are appreciated to get professions of the ground!
